White females are kind of blah. White males are beautiful when they have all their tail feathers. Missy acts totally different than Mr. Peacock. He was very very friendly and got along with the cats. Missy isn't as friendly and does not like one of our cats. She doesn't want anyone by her food bowl, either. Both answer to their names. Mr. Peacock was a talker but she rarely says anything and when she does it sounds like a croak.Jan Mariehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12200868370970054076noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5147432208989703659.post-22742717939423680142012-05-10T09:32:30.842-04:002012-05-10T09:32:30.842-04:00How did I not know that you have another peacock? ...How did I not know that you have another peacock? And that it's white?! Isn't that rare? We visited a place in Romeo where they have something like 10 peacocks. One was white and the lady said it would be a long time before you ever see another white one...baby sisterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05190907696258315177noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5147432208989703659.post-26968805229735092582012-05-08T12:27:54.860-04:002012-05-08T12:27:54.860-04:00Jayne..it's rather surprising to sip something...Jayne..it's rather surprising to sip something liquid and then all of a sudden you inhale one of those gummie thingys. Even when I knew they were there it was still creepy.

Rachel..I'm glad I'm not the only one who thinks Whole Foods overpriced. Their produce section is to die for, though. Every piece picture perfect and so much to chose from, too. But everything else...EGADS. Flooding was contained to our yard. So I should not complain. I'm seeing a lot of stuff put out to the curb for trash pickup that appears to be water damaged. Looks like a lot of people had flooded basements. We were just damp in the laundry room area. No water just damp.Jan Mariehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12200868370970054076noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5147432208989703659.post-3131087901763971942012-05-08T11:29:48.341-04:002012-05-08T11:29:48.341-04:00Flooding,...sigh. I've been going through my own drama worrying about basement flooding (I feel guilty to report we seem to be in the clear despite all the recent rain). I don't get Whole Foods either. Their produce section is heavenly, but everything else is SO expensive, it's unnerving to buy anything- I had a hard time even when I had a gift card there hahaRachel@hammeringourwayhomehttp://www.hammeringourwayhome.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5147432208989703659.post-56816494638938904582012-05-08T02:26:35.110-04:002012-05-08T02:26:35.110-04:00Good grief, you had a lot of water in your yard! ...Good grief, you had a lot of water in your yard! Hope it didn't do too much damage. I had to laugh about the bubble tea--I did the same thing. Not a fan of that, either!Jaynehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03564514698418229865noreply@blogger.com
