R is batting 1000 when it comes to finding curbside treasures this summer.
The other day he brought home a solid oak desk chair that someone had painted white and.....
...this large wrought iron table and heavy cast iron umbrella stand.
And now he has brought home these.
Two 24 inch high metal lanterns with LED battery operated pillar candles.
Sure they needed a little cleaning and painting and of course new batteries but in one afternoon they went from this.....
...to this.
All it took was 4 D batteries, painter's tape, and of course my trusty can of black satin spray paint.
